Kathleen Bradley is a Managing Partner of Acrisure's New York Region. Prior to this role, she was president of CLG Insurance where she spent 21 years focusing on operational excellence, business growth and creating exciting career paths for colleagues. In 2014, Kathleen and CLG Insurance became an Acrisure Partner.

Kathleen is a graduate of the The College of Insurance where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. During her time at The College of Insurance, she was in a four year apprentice program employed by Kemper Insurance Company and spent thirteen years at Kemper and subsequently Chubb Insurance in various underwriting roles.

Kathleen is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer in the State of New Jersey. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager. She is married with three adult children and enjoys spending as much of her free time traveling with them as possible.

Brian Colby is a Managing Partner of Acrisure's New York Region. In 2000, he co-founded BNC Insurance Agency, a large Regional Insurance Broker, where he served as CEO and President, overseeing all of the brokerage and financial operations. In 2019, Brian and BNC Insurance became an Acrisure Partner.

He began his career in 1993 building a P&C insurance business as an Exclusive Agent for a National Insurance Carrier. Brian has chaired and served on several insurance carrier and industry advisory boards. With a background and specialty in construction insurance and risk transfer, he has been called upon to advise and consult insurance carriers, trade groups and many clients.

Brian is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Economics and Business.
